Using VPNs or VPSs on TOP ONE Funding Accounts

At TOP ONE Funding, only the registered trader is authorized to access and operate their account.

Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access the same account is strictly prohibited.

While the use of VPNs or VPSs is not explicitly forbidden, traders must ensure that their usage does not conflict with any of our policies, including:

  • Maintaining full, individual control over the account
  • Avoiding any form of unauthorized automation
  • Ensuring all trading activity reflects a single user

For optimal performance tracking and data integrity, we strongly discourage the use of VPNs or VPSs when accessing trading accounts.

These tools may interfere with our internal monitoring systems and can trigger false compliance alerts, especially if activity resembles:

  • Account sharing
  • Automated trading behavior
  • Multi-location access patterns

Please note that VPN/VPS usage is often associated with multi-user account activity, which is not permitted under any circumstances at TOP ONE Funding.

⚠️ VPN/VPS Use During KYC and AML Verification

To ensure platform security and comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, all verification processes must be completed without the use of VPNs or VPSs.

Using masked or anonymous connections during verification may result in:

  • Delays or rejection of your verification process
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent restriction from receiving funding

If suspicious activity is detected during verification, the use of VPN/VPS will be considered a high-risk factor and may lead to account disablement.

Best Practice

For a smooth experience and full compliance, we strongly recommend completing all verification processes using a direct, unmasked internet connection.
