All trading activity takes place on demo platforms using virtual funds.
We do not offer real-money trading, live market execution, investment advice, portfolio management, or allocation of real capital.
No real trades are executed. Users are evaluated solely based on their performance within our simulated environment.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally able to enter binding agreements
- Comply with all applicable laws
We reserve the right to deny access to any user for suspected abuse, fraud, or rule violations.
We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
3. Fees and Payments
Users pay a one-time fee to access evaluation or Direct Funding programs.
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to a simulated trading environment, not real capital.
Any rewards or payouts are performance-based and discretionary, not guaranteed.
4. Simulated Trading & User Conduct
All users must follow the trading rules associated with their selected plan.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of third-party signals or copy trading services
- Exploiting platform errors, latency, or demo conditions
- Coordinated trading across multiple accounts
- Sharing account access or credentials
- Any form of manipulative or abusive trading behavior
Additional rules:
- News trading restrictions apply (as defined in platform rules)
- Weekend trading is prohibited
- Direct Funding accounts must respect all risk parameters
- Daily and total drawdown limits must be respected at all times
Violations may result in account termination, trade invalidation, or payout denial.
5. Discretionary Rewards
TOP ONE Funding may provide performance-based payouts at its sole discretion.
These rewards:
- Are not guaranteed
- Do not represent salary, employment, or investment returns
- Are based on compliance with all trading rules
6. No Investment Relationship
TOP ONE Funding is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.
We do not:
- Manage client funds
- Provide financial advice
- Execute real trades
All references to “funded accounts” refer strictly to simulated environments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and branding belong to TOP ONE Funding.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
TOP ONE Funding is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or income
- Platform interruptions or technical errors
- Third-party service failures
Use of our platform is at your own risk.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
